Inspired by what this beautiful and generous country called the United States of America and the Tri-County Community of Central Illinois had been providing to their families and well-being, several local individuals having deep cultural and religious roots to the Philippines and that Country's magnificent beauty, established the Filipino-American Society of Central Illinois, now commonly known as (FASCI).
Since then, FASCI, its Leadership, its Members and Friends, have been the leading purveyors of anything Filipino; from its Arts, Culture, and world-class Cuisines to its people's ready, and ever-welcoming friendliness.
FASCI continues to be recognized by numerous Community agencies and Business Leaders as one of the leading contributing organizations to the area.
